We got called to a job just this week, where a family had an issue of this nature and were in a state of panic as boiling the kettle for a family of four bath time is quite a challenge…. On inspecting the problem we found it was a problem with the hot water cylinder rather than the boiler and managed to repair the issue on our first call.
