This last week we got called to a job in the Firsby area of East Lindsey. The customer was panicking as the loss of heat to her home was really felt, with the temperature that night predicted to fall below zero. Not only did we fit the customer in and attend her home within two hours, we also managed to locate and resolve the problem on our first visit. It was an issue with the LPG tank that was causing all the problems, which our Gas Safe engineers soon resolved. To say the customer was pleased is an understatement
